Shaden Al Hail

The project is a unique luxurious Commercial and Residential Development at Al-Hail, located just north of Muscat International Airport on the Muscat-Dubai Highway. Shaden Al-Hail is in close proximity to major developments such as The Wave, Muscat City Center, Markaz al Bahja and various other commercial and residential buildings.

Phase I

The project is progressing as per the management's plan and a staged completion of Phase I of the project completion and occupation of the units shall be achieved during 2013.

The company has finalized the plans Phase II and Phase III projects and also additions to the existing projects which will be announced soon.
